Krill Oil is a great source of the essential omega 3 fatty acids DHA and EPA and a powerful antioxidant - astaxanthin - and marine phospholipids. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart and maintenance of normal cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect of supplementation with Krill Oil is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
