Fish Oil
Fish Oil is oil derived from the tissues of oily fish. Fish oil contains the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which contribute to the normal function of the heart. It's a rich source of Omega 3. The beneficial effect of supplementation with Fish Oil is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
